Submission of this request is not a guarantee of approval. If you are approved you will receive an official approval notification by email from the Company.

 

Thank you for your interest in participating in a trade show. Please completely fill out this form allowing the Company a minimum of four weeks to review the information provided.

Brand Representatives will only be approved for ONE trade show at a time. Additional trade shows may only be approved upon completion of your current trade show and upon receipt of the trade show results form. Please note that only one Nu Skin booth will be permitted at any convention/trade show, at any time. If two or more Brand Affiliates request permission to rent or set up a booth, then the first request received by the authorised department of the Company shall be approved, as long as, the Brand Affiliate meets all requirements of Chapter 3 Section 6.2 of the Policies and Procedures. Any Brand Affiliate who sets up or rents a booth at a convention/trade show, without the prior approval of the Company, will be required to immediately leave that event.

PLEASE TYPE OR WRITE CLEARLY THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

Please attach a typed document containing the following information:
• A detailed description of the Trade Show/Convention.
• List of materials and products to be used at the trade show.
• Written script of your presentation as well as your plans.
• Your goals for this trade show, such as number of desired leads.
• Names and Brand Affiliate ID numbers of all participants at the booth

 

In order to help us recognise your success with the trade show, please complete the “Trade Show Results Form” within 7 days from the conclusion of the trade show. This form is required before participating in future trade shows.

 

I have read Chapter 3 Section 2 and 6.2 of the Policies and Procedures and agree to the terms therein.

 

By signing this form, I agree that Nu Skin Enterprises Australia, Inc., Nu Skin Enterprises New Zealand, Inc. and their affiliated companies (collectively, "Nu Skin" or the "Company") may collect, use, process and disclose my personal information given in this form for the purpose of administration in relation to the matters referred to herein. I confirm that I have read Nu Skin’s Privacy Notice and Section 2, Chapter 1 of the Policies and Procedures and I consent to Nu Skin’s collection, use, processing and disclosure of my personal information in the manner set out therein.
